Questions, answered

What areas do you serve?

We're a service-area builder covering Metro Detroit — Oakland, Wayne and Macomb counties — including Troy, Royal Oak, Birmingham, Rochester Hills, Sterling Heights and the surrounding towns. We come to you.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Persha Family Construction LLC is licensed and insured in Michigan, and our builder's license number is available on request.

Do you charge for an estimate?

No — quotes are free and no-obligation. The owner walks the site with you, talks through options, then follows up with a clear written number. No pressure, no upsell.

Who actually does the work?

The same owner-run crew, start to finish. You won't get handed to a rotating cast of subs — the person who quotes your job is the person who builds it.

Do you pull the permits?

Yes. For work that needs one, we pull the permit with your city's building department, handle the plan review, and meet the inspector on site. You sign once; we run the paperwork.

Composite or cedar — which should I pick?

Both are great; it's a budget-and-maintenance call. Composite costs more up front but stays low-maintenance for decades. Cedar costs less and looks beautiful, but wants periodic sealing. We build both and give you a straight recommendation for your yard.

How soon will you get back to me?

Within 1 business day — usually the same day for quote requests. Our hours are Mon–Sat · 7am–7pm.
